Album: "Live And Learn" - Released September 2006.
Single: "Nine Lives" - Mickey Harte’s new single NINE LIVES is
the first release off his new album Live and Learn, Recorded in Valley
studios with Terry Mc Ginty and mixed by Billy Farrell NINE LIVES is an
insight to how Mickey believes that you get more than one chance to
learn and rectify your mistakes.
Single: "Sound Of The Summer" - Released in June 2004, this CD was a mickeyharte.com-only exclusive release.
Compilation: "Even Better Than The Real Thing" - Mickey was delighted to be involved in this production, which was a hit around Ireland.
Single: "A New Way To Fly" - Mickey's single 'A New Way To Fly'
is out in all good record shops, released May 14th, 2004. Recorded in
Grouse Lodge Studios, Ireland and produced by Patrik Andrčn, who
co-wrote the song with Mickey in Sweden. The CD also includes bonus
tracks
'The Highest Bidder' and 'Still Get My Kicks'. It will also be
available to buy on-line from the shop on www.mickeyharte.com.
Single: "There Must be Love" - Mickey's third and final single
release of 2003, from the album 'Sometimes Right Sometimes Wrong'. It
entered the Irish Charts, in the Top Ten position of Number 8, making
it the fourth Mickey Harte CD, released in Ireland since March 2003 to
be in the Top Ten. Also featuring on the CD, are two live tracks
recorded with Mickey's band. 'Practical' is a tribute to the official
who stopped the band from going to America to do a charity gig. 'Bloom
in2 U' is a song about Mickey's daughter growing up.
Single: "We've Got The World" - Mickey Harte's debut single,
went straight into the charts at number one and remained there for five
weeks. This track was written by Martin Brannigan and Keith Molloy,
produced by 2AM famed for producing Holly Valence 'Kiss Kiss'. It was
Ireland's entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2003, in Riga, Latvia.
In the end of year polls, the single was the biggest selling single of
the year. The additional tracks on this single are self-penned,
'Without You' and 'Misunderstood'. To date this single has gone
quadruple platinum and reached 60,000+ unit sales.
Single: "Never Wanna Let U Down" - Mickey Harte's first original
single to be released, following the success of We've Got The World, it
was always going to have a lot to live up to. However, the DJ's took to
it straight away and played it off the air. It entered the Irish charts
at Number 2, denied the number one slot by Beyonce's 'Crazy In Love',
and remained there for three more weeks, going Gold. Also, added to
this were two other self-penned tunes, 'Just Let This Moment Linger'
and 'Total Love' a co-write that was written in Nashville, with Tony
Kerr.
Album: "Sometimes Right, Sometimes Wrong" - Went straight into
the Irish charts at #2. As of August 29th, the album's position in the
Irish charts is #1 and has been in this position for the latter three
of its first four weeks in the charts.
The album contains 10 tracks, amongst them the hit singles 'We've Got The World'
and 'Never Wanna Let U Down'. The album is produced by Jon Kelly (Tori Amos, Paul
McCartney, Deacon Blue, The Beautiful South, Chris Rea) and features special guests
Zoe Conway and Damien O'Neill, with songs by Paul Brady and Josh Ritter as well as a rocking
version of Teenage Kicks with the the Undertones very own Damien
